Medical Education Hygiene – First Aid Workshop

Medical Education (Hygiene) and First Aid Workshop Held Successfully at SQA RAK Centre in Collaboration with RAK Hospital

The SQA RAK Centre recently hosted a Medical Education (Hygiene) and First Aid Workshop in collaboration with RAK Hospital, aimed at strengthening student and community awareness about essential health and safety practices.

The interactive workshop focused on proper hygiene techniques, emphasising their critical role in preventing illness and promoting overall well-being. Students gained practical insights into maintaining personal and environmental hygiene—skills that contribute to better health outcomes, especially within academic and residential communities.

A major highlight of the session was the hands-on First Aid and CPR training conducted by certified medical professionals. Participants actively engaged in learning how to respond promptly and effectively during medical emergencies. The CPR segment, in particular, helped students build confidence and competence in life-saving interventions.

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation, demonstrating a growing awareness and commitment among students toward health preparedness and safety responsibility. The collaboration with RAK Hospital not only enriched the learning experience but also underscored the centre’s dedication to fostering a safe, informed, and health-conscious community.
